Quilt - “Happy Holidays” - Santa through the Attic Window

This handmade Christmas throw quilt is ideal for hanging (I added a sleeve on the back of matching fabric), or for cozying up under while sipping on a cup of hot chocolate or your favourite hot toddy in the cold winter months.   (See all photos for closeup images of front, back and sleeve.)

I machine pieced this quilt from 100% premium cotton fabric then had the three layers of fabric quilted on a professional longarm machine. Backing is also made from 100% premium cotton. I added some embellishment to Santa by embroidering his face and moustache, beads for his eyes, and buttons on his coat. (see second photo)  80% cotton/20% polyester batting has been used.
